Participate: Host a Story Circle for the 2016 People’s State of the Union

Democracy is a conversation, not a monologue. Bring neighbors, co-workers, students, friends, or strangers together to reflect on the state of our union as part of this story-based civic ritual. Last year more than 170 communities took part, inspiring the Poetic Address to the Nation. #PSOTU2016 will take place from Jan. 23-31 in living rooms, cultural centers, schools, and public parks across the country. You can sign up as an individual or as an organization. Sign up today and we’ll give you everything you need to know to host a successful Story Circle. Then, tune in to the live-stream of the Poetic Address later in February.
