Viewing higher education as "an essential tool for peace building," Mr.Flomo's Ph.D. research investigates the higher education system in Liberia. Through this interdisciplinary project he will provide insights into ways that higher education in Liberia can be "developed to serve as a pillar for peace building and manpower development in Liberia and sub-Saharan Africa."
