Orlando Vega In 2006 for my Master degree, I wrote Socio-demographic characteristics of women and their incidence in the Application of the Responsible Paternity Law, Costa Rica: 2002-2004. In 2004, I was the co-author of “Non Governmental Organizations in Costa Rica: an alternative scaffold for attention and protection of childhood” as part of my degree in Government and Public Policies. And, in 2003, I was the co-author for “The public policy of elevating the quality of the superior education: an analysis of the auto-evaluation process and of national accreditation. |
