Research Topic: Comparisons of Growth and Yield Among Five Native Tree Species in Pure and Mixed Plantations at Las Lajas

I am from Bluefields, Nicaragua. I hold a BS equivalent in Forestry Engineering from Universidad Nacional Agraria (UNA) and Forestry Technician, Instituto Nacional Forestal (INTECFOR). My past work experience includes: Director, regional Office, Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment (MARENA), North Atlantic Autonomous Region of Nicaragua; Forestry technician, Forestry Conservation and Development Project (PROCODEFRO), MARENA. My research focus is on Improved silvicultural recommendations based on comparisons between native and exotic tree species in pure versus mixed plantations, Las Lajas, Panama.
