I was born, one day before Christmas, in 1978 in the city, Morelia, Michoac·n, a beautiful colonial city located in the center-west of MÈxico. Currently, all of my family live in Nayarit, a place that is at the center of MÈxico beside the Pacific Ocean. Because my father's job was in dam's construction- I lived in different places around the country and enjoyed an amazing childhood. I lived in a camp in Chiapas, surrounded by a green forest, with rainy summers and hot weather. To see a frog, snake, bat and other animals was part of these singular days. I learned to respect the space of the animals and to be careful with them.
Then, when I was eleven years old I went to live to Nayarit. I finished my bachelor 's degree there and became an architect. I always felt attraction of the form of the buildings, the material's texture and the play of lights and shadows. In general, I think architecture is the perfect combination between art and inventiveness. Besides, when you are in the process of design you have the opportunity to provide a better project for nature and humanity.
After the university I worked as a freelancer in architecture and urban design, and for a short time as a teacher in a paint and draw summer course. It was a challenge because you need to have special way to transmit clear ideas and to achieve that the person express all that wants in a draw. I worked for three years and I decided to apply to a master degree. In this moment, I'm really happy with my decision, I'm doing research focused on the level of risk that people have living in risky places obligated for their poverty condition, and I want to help to understand how we can avoid the urbanization of this kind of places.
