Rene is an oceanographer whose research area is marine geology. He is surveying marine pollution and environmental problems in rivers for the unsustainable sands extraction and some problems with water resource. Rene is working on a paper about sand extraction in the Guadalupe River and the environmental and social considerations for developing a true sustainable development . Rene’s research will address environmental management aspects.
