Abdalla Said Shah

Currently a student at the Yale University School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, Abdallah is a candidate for Master in Environmental. He holds a BSc Forestry (1996) from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, UK. Abdallah has held various positions in organisations concerned with forests and other natural resources management and conservation. Employers include CARE International (Tanzania Office), as a Assistant Project Manager 2000-2001. IUCN-The World Conservation Union, as a Project Manager 1998-2000. CARE International (Tanzania Office) as a Project Officer 1997-98. The Governement of Zanzibar, Commission for Natural Resources, various positions - 1984-1997. His current research focus is on the value of improving water services in Zanzibar, his home country.
