Rosalbina Perez

Rosalbina, from Bogotá, Colombia, is a beginning Masters student in Integral Management of the Environmental, at the Colegio de la Frontera Norte. Her training includes a BS in Geology from the National University (Bogotá), a MS in Urban and Rural Planning from the Pontificia Javeriana Univesity in Bogotá). She has twelve years of experience in the field. Her most recent position was with the Geological Investigation Institute, INGEOMINAS (Bogota), as project coordinator responsible for providing scientific information for the Colombian territorial ordering process. Her current scientific interest focuses on the management of geological risk in urban settlements. Rosalbina has worked on issues such as geological hazards, territorial ordering and environmental planning. Her other interests include literature, music and sports.
