Inoussa Kabore

Inoussa Kabore is citizen from Burkina. He got his MD degree from the Univerty of Ougadougou in 1992. Actually Inoussa is an MPH sudent at Tulane University, School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, department of International Health. Inoussa's area of concentration is reproductive health and monitoring and evaluation. During his academic year he also works with some professors at the department of international health in analizing data on community-based reproductive health activities in Burkina Faso and also in analizing data and writing a report on people leaving AIDs PLHA)in Burkina Faso. Prior to coming at Tulane, Inoussa worked with many local and international organizations. He worked at the national hospital as a physician, then respectively with the Academic Develpment Center and the Population Council to design, implement, monitor and evaluate nutrition and reproductive health programs and project in Burkina Faso and in West Africa. Just before joining Tulane University, Inoussa was the Country Director for Population Council in Burkina Faso. Since 1995, Inoussa attends all the APHA conferences where he presents his work from Burkina and in West Africa. His area of interest is reproductive health but specifically HIV program design and evaluation, adolescent reproductive health, community-based and integration of reproductive health services. Joint publication in "Studies in Family Planning" on the complications of Female Genital Cutting" in Burkina Faso and Mali, and report on Female Genital cutting, male involvement, Commmunity-based activities cost evaluation.

Inoussa practices yoga, likes playing tennis.
